<30– Cheers!! You are at a low risk of developing diabetes.

30-50– Time to gear up!! You are at moderate risk of developing diabetes. It is recommended that you consult an endocrinologist and get yourself evaluated.

>50– Urgent action required!! You are at very high risk of having diabetes. You should see an endocrinologist and get yourself tested  (ideally an oral glucose tolerance test) to rule out diabetes. If not possible, at least get a random or fasting blood sugar should be done.
